有色丙纶细旦棉型短纤维生产及纺纱技术研究

定性地分析和讨论有色PP细且棉型短纤维生产及其纺纱过程的主要因素,着重探讨有色母粒对成品纤维性能及纺纱过程的影响,确定最佳纺丝工艺条件,控制 PP 有色细且短纤维物理性能,以满足纺纱工艺要求.     

共混改性SEBS体系的研究进展

介绍了热塑性弹性体SEBS的性能：综述了通过共混改性的SEBS弹性体体系的性能与形态结构的研究进展。     

Preparation and characterization of polypropylene/layered silicate nanocomposites using an antioxidant

Polypropylene (PP)/layered silicate nanocomposites were prepared via simple melt mixing of three components, PP, layered silicates modified with octadecylamine (C18-MMT) and antioxidant, to investigate the role of antioxidant. TEM and X-ray scattering results confirmed the intercalated state of silicates in PP/layered silicate nanocomposites with antioxidant. In rheological and mechanical study, the nanocomposites with antioxidant showed higher properties than those of the unfilled PP. The nanocomposite with 5 wt% C18-MMT and 0.5 phr antioxidant exhibited about 1.4 times higher tensile modulus and 1.3 times higher storage modulus than the unfilled PP. However, PP/C18-MMT without antioxidant showed lower rheological values owing to the thermal decomposition of PP and the poor compatibility between PP and C18-MMT. It could be concluded that antioxidants played an important role in enhancing the compatibility between PP and C18-MMT. According to the real time X-ray diffraction, the nanocomposite showed the weak ordering of PP crystals than the unfilled PP in the load-extension plateau region of elongation.     

聚丙烯/BA原位聚合改性MMT纳米复合材料的DSC分析与力学性能

通过原位聚合制备了聚丙烯酸丁酯 (PBA )改性蒙脱土 (MMT ) ,与聚丙烯 (PP)熔融复合制成PP/MMT纳米复合材料 ,系统地研究了复合材料的熔融、结晶行为和力学性能。结果表明 :随着处理MMT的BA用量的增加 ,PP/MMT纳米复合材料中PP相的结晶度、熔点和结晶温度明显提高 ,结晶速度加快 ;复合材料的拉伸强度变化不大 ,但拉伸模量和冲击强度有显著提高。当BA/OMMT质量比为 1/ 12左右时 ,复合材料的韧性趋于平衡值 ,而拉伸模量出现最大值     

晶须镁盐/POE/聚丙烯共混体系力学性能的研究

采用晶须镁盐、POE、聚丙烯（PP）研制改性PP复合材料；讨论了晶须镁盐和增韧剂POE改性PP的机理；对改性PP进行了力学性能测试；分析了改性PP的微观结构。实验结果表明，晶须镁盐和POE并用能对PP产生良好的增韧增强作用。     

Modification of the polarity of isotactic polypropylene through blending with oxidized paraffin wax

The modification of the polarity of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) through blending with oxidized paraffin wax (Fischer–Tropsch synthesis) was investigated. The oxidized paraffin wax significantly increased the polar component of the total surface free energy of polypropylene. Modified iPP also showed significantly higher adhesion to the polar substrate, as represented by a crosslinked epoxy‐based resin. The conservation of the good mechanical properties of the blends was observed up to 6 wt % wax. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 94: 529–533, 2004     

Microstructures and mechanical properties of polypropylene/polyamide 6/polyethelene-octene elastomer blends

A series of polymer blends were designed and manufactured. They are composed of three phases: polypropylene (PP), polyamide-6 (PA6) and polyethylene-octene elastomer (POE) grafted with maleic anhydride. The weight fraction of PA6 was adjusted from 0 to 40% by increments of 10%, and the weight fraction of POE was systematically half that of PA6. The morphology, essentially made of PA6 particles dispersed in the PP matrix, was characterised by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In the extruded plates prepared with the blends, the shape of the dispersed PA6 particles showed an elongated ellipsoidal shape, whose aspect ratio increased somehow with alloying content. The POE modifier was observed both as a thin interlayer (less than 100 nm thickness) at the PP/PA6 interface, and as a few isolated particles. The elastic modulus and yield stress in tension are nearly constant for PP and blends. By contrast, the notched Izod impact strength increases very much with alloying content. This remarkable effect is interpreted in terms of POE interphase cavitation, enhanced plastic shear deformation and resistance of PA6 particles to crack propagation.

Effect of the type of nylon chain‐end on the compatibilization of PP/PP‐GMA/nylon 6 blends

Polyamide and polypropylene (PP) are two important classes of commercial polymers; however, their direct mixing leads to incompatible blends with poor properties. Polypropylene functionalized with glycidyl methacrylate (PP‐GMA) was used as a compatibilizer in blends of PP and nylon 6, because of the possible reaction of ? NH₂ and ? COOH groups with the epoxide group of GMA. Two types of nylon 6 with different ratios between ? NH₂ and ? COOH groups were used. The one with higher concentration of ? COOH groups was less compatible with PP in a binary blend. When PP‐GMA was used as a compatibilizer, a better dispersion of nylon in the PP matrix was obtained together with better mechanical properties for both nylons used in this work. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry     

环保型阻燃聚丙烯的研制

应对欧盟RoHS环保要求,对环保型阻燃聚丙烯的研制进行了研究;并探讨了六溴环十二烷和三氧化二锑对PP材料阻燃性及物理性能的影响,得到了一种性能优良的环保型阻燃PP。
